Our thoughtfully designed home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, boasting an open-concept living area ideal for gatherings. We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. *Located approximately twelve miles from downtown Paso Robles, with easy access to multiple wineries within a short drive. Bedroom Arrangements: Master Bedroom 1: King bed with Private bathroom Master Bedroom 2: King bed with Private bathroom Front Bedroom: Queen bed with shared hallway bathroom Hallway Bedroom: Queen bed with shared hallway bathroom Large Indoor dining area is complemented by a comfortable spacious seating area on the back patio with a firepit and BBQ grill. Our home is situated on a peaceful 10-acre property, surrounded by majestic oak trees in a rural area. Accessible via a quiet country dirt road, the route may have a few bumps but is well-maintained and suitable for cars. Located just a short distance away from popular wineries like Cass Winery, Rava Wines, and Still Waters Vineyards, our residence is a haven for wine enthusiasts. Numerous other wineries also dot the nearby landscape, offering ample opportunities for exploration. We're fortunate to have considerate neighbors who prioritize early nights and early mornings. We kindly request that noise be kept to a minimum after 10 pm, ensuring a peaceful environment for everyone in the vicinity.
