Finca la Colina Escape to our Paso Robles retreat, tucked away on 10 acres amidst picturesque rolling hills. Our thoughtfully designed home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, boasting an open-concept living area ideal for gatherings. We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. *Located approximately twelve miles from downtown Paso Robles, with easy access to multiple wineries within a short drive. Bedroom Arrangements: Master Bedroom 1: King bed with Private bathroom Master Bedroom 2: King bed with Private bathroom Front Bedroom: Queen bed with shared hallway bathroom Hallway Bedroom: Queen bed with shared hallway bathroom Large Indoor dining area is complemented by a comfortable spacious seating area on the back patio with a firepit and BBQ grill. As you make your way along the dusty dirt road to our home, expect your vehicle to gather a bit of dust. While you typically won't need four-wheel drive, it's wise to keep an eye on the weather, especially during heavy rainfall. Please drive with caution, as our area is home to numerous deer, including adorable fawns. Drive slowly and attentively to ensure their safety, as they may not be accustomed to vehicles passing by. Embrace the rural charm of our surroundings, where encounters with wildlife such as bunnies, deer, hawks, and owls are part of the natural experience. Remember, they share this space with us, so let's be respectful and avoid harming them. For the protection of our environment and its inhabitants no off-road vehicles, please. Accessible via a quiet country dirt road, the route may have a few bumps but is well-maintained and suitable for cars. Located just a short distance away from popular wineries like Cass Winery, Rava Wines, and Still Waters Vineyards, our residence is a haven for wine enthusiasts. Numerous other wineries also dot the nearby landscape, offering ample opportunities for exploration. We're fortunate to have considerate neighbors who prioritize early nights and early mornings. We kindly request that noise be kept to a minimum after 10 pm, ensuring a peaceful environment for everyone in the vicinity.
